1. Refund Policy
As our services are digital, subscription-based, and involve real-time processing, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No refunds will be issued for any subscription fees, service charges, or payments made to THXBACK.
- Once a transaction is successfully processed, it is considered final and non-reversible.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial usage, unused subscription periods, or dissatisfaction with the service after payment.
- In case of technical issues or service disruptions, our support team will work diligently to resolve them, but this does not qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted for failure to use the service, incorrect usage, or missed subscription renewals.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription with THXBACK, you may do so at any time. However, certain terms apply:
2.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- A cancellation request must be initiated by the account owner via email or through the business dashboard.
- The cancellation process will only be completed once any outstanding dues are fully paid.
- Once canceled, access to the THXBACK loyalty rewards system and all associated features will be immediately revoked.
- We do not provide refunds for any remaining time left in your subscription after cancellation.
2.2 Automatic Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
- If a subscription payment fails or remains unpaid beyond the due date, THXBACK reserves the right to automatically suspend or terminate the account.
- Any loyalty points, customer data, or stored information may be deleted upon termination.
- Businesses will be notified of outstanding payments and provided a grace period to settle dues before cancellation takes effect.
2.3 Cancellation by THXBACK
THXBACK reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account if:
- The business violates our terms of service, misuses the platform, or engages in fraudulent activities.
- Payment remains unpaid despite multiple reminders.
- There is abuse or exploitation of the loyalty rewards system that affects other businesses or users.
In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any pending dues must still be paid.
3. Subscription Renewals and Payment Terms
- THXBACK services are subscription-based, and payments must be made according to the selected plan.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Any failed renewal payments may result in temporary suspension until payment is received.
- All payments made towards THXBACK are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, THXBACK reserves the right to suspend the account immediately until the matter is resolved.
- Businesses that fraudulently file chargebacks will be permanently banned from using THXBACK services.
